If after registration and before January 31, 2024 you are not able to attend the conference for reasons outlined below, the following options are available to you:

1) Gift your registration to someone desiring to attend the conference.

2) Request in writing for the available partial refund.

Conditions for partial refund:

1) Sickness - Physician note required to honor partial refund

2) Death in the family - Death certificate required to honor partial refund

3) Recorded natural disaster in area of residence

4) State mandated travel restrictions such as visa restrictions - Documented proof required.

Effective February 1, 2024, cancellations are accepted with no refunds or transfers.
